Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Mizicart e-commerce marketplace (mobile app and website). By creating an account, browsing listings, or placing an order, you accept these Terms and the linked policies below. If you do not agree, please do not use Mizicart.

Software: Mizicart software and branding are proprietary and closed-source. Governing law: India. Courts / forums as permitted under applicable law for consumer disputes also apply.

1. Platform nature

Mizicart is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers of catalogue goods (fashion, home, gadgets, and similar e-commerce categories). Please also read the Platform Disclaimer.

Payment collected through Mizicart is for order facilitation and settlement among you, the seller, and payment partners. Mizicart is not the default manufacturer or seller unless the checkout or invoice expressly says so.

2. Account and security

Provide accurate mobile number, name, and delivery addresses.
Any Security PIN is stored on your device; keep it confidential and do not share OTPs.
Do not use another person’s account. From Account → Manage Devices, each signed-in phone or computer has its own card. Logout on a card signs out only that device. Logout All Devices signs out every device, including the one you are using.
Mizicart may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

3. Orders, returns, exchanges, and replacements

Full rules are in the Refund & Return Policy. Summary:

Product page wins for each SKU — Return / Exchange / Replacement ticks and window days shown on the listing control what you can request.
Replacement only (no change-of-mind Return / Exchange) for Mobile, Appliances, Electronics, Furniture, and Gadgets / electric goods, unless consumer law requires another remedy.
Other catalogue categories may offer Return, Exchange, and/or Replacement as shown on the product.
Default window is often 7 days from delivery for eligible items, unless the listing states otherwise.
Refunds: after approved pickup and quality check (where required), money is returned to the original payment method, UPI, bank, or Mizicart Balance, as chosen / applicable. Bank or UPI credit usually appears within 3–7 business days after approval.
Non-returnable: sealed hygiene goods once opened, custom-made items, and listings marked non-returnable — except where law requires a remedy for manufacturing defect.

4. Pricing, GST, and fees

On standard orders the courier amount is included in the product price. Platform fee and payment handling, when charged, are shown before you place the order. GST is shown on the tax invoice. You may enter a GSTIN when the flow offers business invoicing. If you cancel before dispatch, the platform fee and payment handling are refunded. On a return after delivery they may be kept, as stated in the Refund & Return Policy.

5. Sellers

Sellers must list lawful products, hold GST or trade registrations when required, and fulfil accepted orders. Catalogue sellers also agree to the Seller Terms (your selling price vs customer checkout / COD collect). Mizicart may review, suspend, or remove sellers or listings that break these Terms or the law.

Sellers keep copyright in their listing photos. They grant Mizicart a license only to display those photos for selling and support — not an assignment of ownership.
