Seller Terms

These Seller Terms apply when you list catalogue goods on the Mizicart marketplace (Partner App or website). By applying, signing in, or fulfilling an order, you accept these terms and the Terms of Use.

1. Two prices

Your selling price is the listing / selling amount you set (and that appears on your Packing Slip, Bill of Supply, and Pickup acknowledgement).
Customer checkout price is what the buyer sees and must pay. It may be higher than your selling price because of platform pricing.

Your settlement is based on your selling price, not the full customer checkout price, unless Mizicart writes otherwise for that order.

2. Cash on Delivery

On COD, the courier collects the customer payable shown to the buyer (including platform pricing). That collect amount may be higher than your selling price. The extra is Mizicart’s platform amount — it is not your goods total and is not itemised as commission on the shipping label.

You will not treat the full COD collect as money owed to you, and you will not ask the courier or the buyer to pay you that extra separately.

3. Prepaid orders

When the buyer pays online, the shipping label does not show a collect amount. Mizicart already received the customer payment. Your share is still your selling price through settlement.

4. Documents

Shipping label (COD): Collect = customer payable.
Packing Slip, Bill of Supply, Pickup acknowledgement: your selling price and product handover proof.

5. Return courier

If the buyer returns a wrong product, or Mizicart’s return-courier policy is ON for that return pickup, replacement outbound, or exchange outbound, the courier charge may be deducted from your vendor settlement. The buyer is not charged return courier.
