2. Seller compliance

Sellers must hold GST registration and any category-specific licences required by law for the goods they list and sell.
Restricted or prohibited goods must not be listed. Mizicart may remove non-compliant listings and suspend sellers.
Sellers remain responsible for product compliance, packaging, and tax invoices for their sales.

3. Buyers

At checkout, you may add a GSTIN when GST is collected and the flow offers a business / GST invoice for eligible orders.
