Account & data deletion
You can permanently delete your Mizicart e-commerce account from the app:
Account → Legal & Policies → Delete My Account
- Read the on-screen checklist (what is removed vs kept anonymized for GST / disputes).
- Type DELETE, verify with OTP on your registered mobile, then confirm.
What happens after deletion
- Profile, addresses, device sessions, and login access are removed.
- Past orders may remain for tax and dispute records with personal fields anonymized.
- All devices are signed out through session revocation.
Deactivate instead
If you only need a pause, use Deactivate My Account. You can log in again later with OTP to reactivate.
