Infringement notice

Mizicart is a marketplace. Independent sellers list goods. If you believe a listing uses your copyright or trademark without permission, send a notice as set out below.

1. What to include

• Your name, and an email address where we can reply
• What the copyrighted work or trademark is, and the brand name when the claim is about a trademark
• Where the listing appears in the Mizicart app or website, with enough detail for us to find it, such as the product name and any product reference you have
• A statement that you believe the use is not allowed by the owner, the owner’s agent, or the law
• A statement that your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or are allowed to act for the owner

Send the notice from Account → Grievance Redressal, or by email to the support address or the grievance officer email when that address is published on this page.

2. What we may do

When the notice has the details above, we may remove or hide the listing and inform the seller who submitted it. Acting once does not stop us from acting again if the same material comes back. A seller may write to us if they believe they have a right to use the material. We may restore a listing when the notice is incomplete or the seller shows that right.

A court or authority order is followed as that order requires. This page is the notice path. It is not legal advice.
